Product Authenticity

All Vashah pieces are meticulously designed and handcrafted using premium materials. As many of our items are made to order and hand-embellished, natural variations in embroidery and finish may occur. These are not imperfections — they are signatures of authenticity.

Pricing & Promotions

Orders placed even a minute before any sale or promotional offer goes live will be charged at full price. We do not offer price adjustments or retrospective discounts on prior purchases. All prices are final at the time of checkout.

Made-to-Order Policy

Our made-to-order category — including embroidered shawls and dupattas — is crafted especially for you and is therefore not eligible for refunds, returns, or credit notes under any circumstances.

Ready-to-Ship Print Collection

• We allow exchanges or credit notes only for our print category. No refunds are offered.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchange requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.

Delivery Timeline:

1. Made-to-Order (Premium Handcrafted)

Our premium dupattas and hand-worked ensembles are crafted with precision. Each piece requires dedicated hours on the Ada (traditional embroidery frame) to meet our luxury standards.

• Production & Processing: 14–20 Working Days

• Total Estimated Delivery: Within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

Note: Because these items are made specifically for you, this timeline accounts for the intricate hand-detailing and quality inspections necessary before dispatch.

2. Ready-to-Ship (Instant Availability)

For items currently held in our UK inventory, we provide a rapid shipping service for your convenience.

• Processing: Dispatch within 24 hours after completion of work.

• Shipping Duration: Within 7 Working Days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: Within 5 working days.

Important Information

• Working Days: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays are not classified as working days.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched—whether it is a Made-to-Order masterpiece or a Ready-to-Ship item—you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

• Combined Orders: If your order contains both "Ready-to-Ship" and "Made-to-Order" items, the shipment will typically follow the longer timeline unless requested otherwise.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors.
